Delivery

USEFUL POSTAL INFORMATION

• We despatch orders Monday - Friday, except for bank holidays.
• We despatch currently to the UK Mainland only.
• Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail via 48 hours tracked if you choose the standard delivery option.
• For next day 24-hour tracked delivery your order must be with us by 2 pm, Monday - Friday, orders received after 2 pm will be processed as the following day's order. Any order received after 2 pm on a Friday through to Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) 
• All deliveries can be tracked using the Royal Mail online tracking service Track & Trace. Your unique tracking number will be detailed in your dispatch confirmation email. 
• Next day 24 24-hour tracked delivery is only available for the UK mainland.
• For European deliveries please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive. This service is currently unavailable.
• For Rest Of World, USA deliveries please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order to arrive. This service is currently unavailable.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation from us, with details of your order and tracking number. 

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time scales, however, we can not accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control and we will keep you informed by email of any unexpected delay.
